Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  1. Product Issues: Within 7 days of receipt, if there are any quality issues with the product, we will provide free exchange service, covering both shipping and product costs.

  2. Size Issues: Within 7 days of receipt, if there are any size-related issues necessitating a product exchange, we can provide a free exchange, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

  3. Damage Due to Mishandling: If the product is damaged due to mishandling during use, we will not provide return or exchange services.

  4. Subjective Dislike of Product: If the customer dislikes the product due to subjective reasons, we will offer a free return service, but the customer will need to cover both shipping and return logistics costs.

  5. Shipping Fee Standard: The standard shipping fee for each transaction is $8.
