Returns & Refund Policy

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  1. Product Issues: Within 7 days of receipt, if there are any quality issues with the product, we will provide free exchange service, covering both shipping and product costs.

  2. Size Issues: Within 7 days of receipt, if there is any size-related issue and the product needs to be exchanged, we can provide an exchange, but the customer and the merchant will each bear half of the exchange cost. Only one exchange per order.

  3. Damage Due to Mishandling: If the product is damaged due to mishandling during use, we will not provide return or exchange services.

  4. Subjective Dislike of Product: Subjective dislike of the product: If the customer does not like the product for subjective reasons, we will provide a replacement service, but the customer needs to bear the cost of the replacement.

  5. Shipping Fee Standard: The basic shipping fee for each transaction is US$8. The shipping fees vary in different countries. Please consult customer service to determine the specific shipping fee before placing an order.
